REFUND POLICY- All orders for Custom Screenprinting and Embroidery are Pre - Approved through our Quoting Process.  Any mess up during Decorating Garments that are Customer Supplied 2% or less are Customer Responsibility , over 2% We will Replace.

We Do not Issue Refunds on custom orders. 

Payment Policy - All orders are Paid up Front after the Quote is approved . 

Delivery  Policy - All items being printed or Embroidered are Picked up at our Location.

Cancellation Policy - All orders must be canceled prior to actual Printing or Embroidered
